That's for a mouseover feral charge, works in cat or bear. The bit after the / should all be one line. This macro makes you charge a target you mouseover, or if you aren't hovering over a target, your current target. Focus: probably PvP. (haven't used this yet)

This one is the Powershift macro. It's as sexy as it sounds. Used for breaking then recasting your current form, really quickly. Used to break snares, roots, etc, anything you can shift out of normally. Only this doesn't leave you hanging around in caster form, and won't work if you don't have enough mana to recast your form, or your on GCD, so its safe to use whilst tanking. Infact, used well this is a very powerful marco.. there's a lot of CC's I don't bother shifting out of because it isn't worth it.. but with this, you're a click away from freedom. Also, combined with the Furor talent this can be used to give you a nice shot of rage. However it doesn't really work that well with cats because of the new energy regen system. I still try sometimes though lol.

Finally I thought I'd drop in the "better Swipe" macro.. not used it myself, but basically you spam that button. As you know Swipe only goes on the GCD, but Maul is a Next Swing ability. I use Quartz (addon) and try to time maul and swipe, or maul and mangle, to get the most dmg out.. but this is probably easier (I haven't tried it). Basically used to improve rage burn on AoE tanking.. and because you may as well. Also with Glyph of Maul this will really help to build threat on a whole group, focusing on two in particular.. or something like that. :)

Anyway, there's some of the ones I like, but you really need to browse the list I linked to. There's tonnes of really really useful macros! So go check it out. Didn't notice a mouseover lacerate one.. still unsure of that one.
