Was in STV and couldn't see my character- could move fight no probs.

restart comp - no good
reinstall wow inc. 4 hours of patches - no good
repeat above - no good
after 2 days zooms out - there he is:)

However at least I haven't done all this falling all cliffs that everyone seems to be susceptible to.
BTW Stelli spends a lot of time up on the cliffs as that is the best place for him to put the sheep when he gets a little frisky.

Picture the scene, 40Man Molten Core, can't recall name of boss (far to traumatic), 8 Warlocks with void walkers at the ready to off tank the bosses voidwalkers.

Suddenly a solitary voidwalker screams 'For honour, valour and epic drops' and charges into the group. Saying 'Ooops sorry' to 39 players after they've been rezzed is not fun'.

Now image how you would feel if less than 2 mins later, you see a solitary voidwalker charging at the boss, and realising it's yours.

Reason? I had a buff / pet attack macro enabled - which I'd forgotten about. Thankfully managed to stop the wayward void at the last second.

Forgetting who I'm alted on to and jumping off a cliff and then looking for the flight form button on a rogue.

Bitterly complaining about the drop rate for a quest item when in my first raid ever.

Following the arrow to a town in the Badlands not knowing that it would also point at horde outposts.

Trying to find the 'secret door' in the tram tunnel that I heard about in general chat.. for two days. I was so much more impressionable as a young druid…

Other noobish things done in past when i was just a little nooblet was on my original warrior on runetotem not realising what an instance was until lvl 39, spending talent points in every tree as i thought all the talents sounded good and lvling with a sword and shield cause i found 2 handers were way too slow. Then when original warrior was abandoned and i started lvling serda in teldrassil i grouped with someone to do some quests and they fell off the edge of the tree and me being me i decided to go over and have a good laugh at them, only to follow them over the edge. If anyone has fallen off that tree they must know how annoying it is to find and get to you corpse :(

1) Run into Ogrimar at lv 30 thinking it was a tunnel to ashare so i could grind for black pearls, i managed to get to the end of Ogrimar befored dying, when i was rezzed i died 10 times before i was out of Ogrimar again.

2) jumped of alot of clifs trying to get to some ore, forgot i cant fly

3) leveling (1-60) as a holy pali no clue what i was doing, when a mate told me i could unleash some things to gain mana or do more dmg, or to heal.

4) stil making new ones

Then the fight started, and they /w me again, "Oops, I forgot to respec!" then "I'll have to see if i can pull this off"

The death was quick.

Maybe they'll own up to this one day. :-)

Five minutes later, on another return to the camp I did the same thing and fell of the same cliff, at the same point, twice!

Zarbons fault I believe.

He is looking a bit thin at the moment so maybe I can start feeding him the remains of sacrifices.

Running back to raid after death and pulling all the bypassed mobs to the main group…..I wish i could say i was on follow with Niffy, I can't (I think she was visiting her damp dark cave looking for loot)

UK guild run ( am tank ) wrong marks ( 2 mobs 1 on front 1 on back ) marked the one on back side ,they laughed at me sayin " good go mj "

stoped markin and didnt give break for mana drink - you can laugh now , done good no wipes

when gathering herbs like to switch forms ( fly form to caster and back again to fly form ) while flyin , too late to back to fly form and now am kissin the earth dead - happend again when others summonin for ulduar " ptkitman /w how did ya die ? "

No I have NEVER

- been summoned to Nexus by Enaid while running, and kept running into a billion mob causing an instant wipe
- been so captured by catching rats in Naxaramas so I pulled death over the whole raid group
- done my healing debute with Priestine in VoA of all places, only to notice afterwards that I had not set ONE talent point since they were last reset by Blizzard
- been flying over Wintergrasp by accident at numberous times, catched a parasuite and drifted so far out to sea so I died of fatigue
- caused Olly nervous breakdowns on regular basis running around like a headless chicken unable to understand simple directions on how to get from place a to b
- died of falling off a cliff at numerous times because I thought my land mount was a flying one
- caused numerous wipes because I was running after the mob truly believing they were members of my group

And… if you ever hear that Niffy was stuck behind a mail box for three hours when level 3, making her puppet master so frustrated that she thought of giving up that crappy WoW forever, til she found out that she could hs out of it, you better know that it is all lies!!!

Around the same lvl when a toon gave me some money and told me to go to the Auction House and buy some half decent gear…….my reply…."err what Auction House?"

SSC - Stood by the "gap" letting people know to avoid it then fall into it myself ^^

Assigned auto run button to my mouse. It then ran out of batteries when i was using it and i auto ran, then auto swam then auto died of fatigue before i could find a USB mouse.

-Taunted the wrong mob in the 4 horsemen fight during switchovers (before we could manage the burn tactic)
-Chased a horde into Cairn Bloodhoof's HQ
-Mounted the wrong (land!) mount and jumped of a cliff
-Leveled a warrior as prot and a druid as resto
-Put up portals to Theramore after a raid instead of Shattrath and later Dalaran (oh wait, that was on purpose :P)
-Used Starfall in a crowded area without reading what it actually does
-Done dungeons with Niffy (/hide :P)
-Mistook a random movement from Ragnaros for aggro and yelled "AGGRO!" on TS back in the day, that was hilarious :P
-Did the same again on purpose because it was so funny

All that comes to mind right now, there's lots more though :P

Let me start by nominating myself.
The story starts with me seeing in GC a request for a Tank, followed by a comment from Eylowyn to come see her tanking, and a request for a random 5th. So I thought I'd offer…..

1st Noobish momement, After Ethanol had died twice, I asked "What instance are we in?" Assuming the answer was Udgarde Keep, only to hear, "UP", so not the 70-72 instance I thought but the level 80 one.

2nd Noobish moment, realising my holy shock spell key binding was wrong, and those flash heals where infact casting Cleanse.

3rd Noobish moment, seeing in GC that Annalise and Eylowyn had gained the achievment, but I hadnt, so thought I'd done UP and hadn't realised, only to realise of course you only see other members achievments in GC not your own.

I would finally like to thank the Academy, Annalise, Eylowyn, Ethanol, Wildfire and their various pets - for not kicking me after noob mistake number 1 and giving me the chance to gain the hattrick.
