Personally I hate healing unless its in a guild raid and even then i only do it because i have to. In instances however im feral and i do what a feral druid does best-DPS!!i personally think im an adequate dps and even if i dont quite equal the power of a mage or rogue how many of them can say that they can pull out of dps heal the main healer, tank or whatever then procede to help tank 2 or 3 adds because the warrior is having trouble. I doubt i will ever change from feral or if i do only to balance because with tbc i can afford all the water i need.

I completely understand what you mean, I personally am a 46/0/10 Druid and much prefer DPS over healing. However i find that this way i am much more useful in a group, Druids are good main healers, yes, but Paladins or Priests are so much better. Having a Pally or a Priest as the main healer in a group, along with a balance or feral spec'd druid works perfectly, as we are good back-up healers for boss' or large groups of mobs.

The guild also seems farily happy with me sticking with what i do best, DPS, even in raids. My oomkin aura is useful for the other casters, and even if a gain aggro my 6k armour gives the healers chance to keep me alive, and the tank chance to gain aggro. Im also more than happy to heal when needed, as i always carry with me my healing kit, along with the +spell damage kit that i wear.
