Well as everyone has probably realised, Blizz added an In game Guild Vault, this can be located inside or close to any bank on any of the realms.
The Vault is made up of tabs, these tabs have to be bought by the Guild Leader they cost 100 g - 1st tab, 250 g - 2nd tab,
500 g - 3rd tab, 1000 g - 4th tab and so on. There is a total of 6 tabs that can be bought. Which as needed will be purchased.
The vault has to be set up for permissions of use. So that this does not get abused. It has been set it up as such:
The 1st tab is only accessible for GL and Officers and they are limited to withdrawals of up to 10 stacks per day. This enables them to withdraw any items that may be needed by any members of the guild within reason.
Tabs 2 - 3 are accessible to all members of the guild they can withdraw up to 2 stacks per day.
Boboniera or Unitybank are in charge of the guild bank, and will be keeping an account of and when anything concerning the guild bank.
Deposits can be made by anyone at any time to any tab. I suggest that reagents such as void crystals, books or any expensive items are set into tab 1 as they will then be safely dealt out and will not be open to abuse.
