Karazhan 2

Karazhan Rotation

You will now be able to discuss Karazhan rotation directly with your Class Leader who will manage and look after the rotation for each class separately. The information of the groups will be told/ or sent to you by your Class Leader or the officer organising the raid.

If you would like to participate in Karazhan, please talk to your Class Leader in the first instance and they will provide the information you will need including the minimum specification for your character. A (rough) guide to the specification can be found here.

UNITY and Karazhan

When you kill a Boss you are saved to that particular instance (Raid ID). You can see the ID in your raidinfo (press the "raidinfo" button in your raidtab or type /raidinfo). You cannot kill that boss again (or others that you have killed) until Karazhan resets which happens every Wednesday Morning (Maintenance). Therefore you cannot join any other new runs until after the weekly reset.

Trash mobs have respawn times and therefore it is quite important to keep the pace up. Most of the respawns are linked to a Boss and once that boss is killed it will totally stop those particular respawns.
Therefore we expect people to be 100% Repaired before entering and to consider that breaks for drinks etc. are not a good idea (until at least after a boss kill).

Example - The Trash before Attumen respawns after 25 minutes but does not return after Attumen dies.

Preparation
Please ensure you have installed the following:
CTRaidAssist
Teamspeak
Bigwigs
KLHThreatMeter or
Omen

Bring as many Pots as you can, anything that will buff your character.
Super Mana Pots are essential, for example the first boss can take up to 8 minutes to get down which means plenty of 'Out of Mana's'
For the Maiden fight Ranged attack and Healers should consider bringing a Greater Fire Protection Potion (to combat her Holy Fire Spell).
For the Curator if everyone brings a Greater Arcane Protection Potion it will help the healers.

Crowd Control
This Raid is dominated by Undead.
Therefore the best Crowd Control in here is using the Priest Shackle.
Paladins can use their Turn Undead spell to Fear Mobs for 20 seconds.
Hunters can use Frost Traps.
