This will auto-generate a Form for the Class-Leader(s) and a confirmation email to yourself. Incorrect email addresses will result in your application being withdrawn. You should expect to be contacted by the Class Leader in-game within 5 days, if you experience any problem or are not contacted by email or in-game please contact UNITY via email for an update.

The recuitment email address can ONLY be used if you have ALREADY submitted a Form on-line. All other emails sent to this address without having completed the Form above will be deleted without a response.

Data collection

UNITY collects information required for communication and application purposes, such as: email address, name etc.

User information is never displayed publicly nor revealed to other UNITY members other than the Officers required to process the application. User information is not shared with any third party, rented or sold and is deleted once communication is completed.

CHECKLIST TO JOIN UNITY

Read and agreed to Guild Rules & Guild Ethos
Completed the application Form above
Have installed the UNITY standard tools:
~ Group Calendar (essential for ALL Guild members)
~ CT-Raid (required for Instances & Raids @ level 60+)
~ TeamSpeak (required for Instances & Raids @ level 60+)
~ BigWigs Bossmods (required for Instances & Raids @ level 70+)
~ KTM Threat Meter (required for Instances & Raids @ level 70+)

Accounts in UNITY that have not logged in for 2 months or more will be moved Lost Souls and eventually removed from the Guild at 3 months+

Accounts that break the Guild Rules will be removed from the Guild and may face a ban
