How can I get gold from the Guild Bank?
Boboniera and Calhas are the Bank Officers that are responsible for all banking issues. They have total control in all the banking for the Guild -equal to Guild Master - and will decide if you can get gold from the Guild Bank. Of course people that contribute will have better benefits and will be considered for extra loans or donations. Keep in mind that Boboniera and Calhas keeps accounts for all incoming donations but also all the stuff people withdraw or ask from the Bank Officer.
How can I get items from the Guild Bank?
Members have total access to TAB 3 & 4 while Officers have access on all Tabs. Although there is a restricted access for members, they can still see all slots. So if they need anything for the Guild Bank that is outside of their access, they must contact Boboniera or Calhas.
Do I have to pay for items I want to acquire from the Guild Bank?
Usually no, because we want all people to become strong and efficient enough to help themselves and the Guild. If though the Bank Officers decides the item has been taken/used unfairly, he may ask for some payment/deposit. The Vault works on a fair usage policy, and members are expected to Deposit when thay can and Withdraw when they need.
How can I contribute to the Guild Bank collection?
Once every month there will be a special grinding event that will last 1 hour, where all the members and Officers can participate to help the Guild Bank. Herbalists can gather herbs, DPSers can grind primals, Leatherworkers skin etc. Donations of useful things such as Potions, Rare Items, Cards and Gold can also help a lot. We intend to make the Guild Bank strong so that all can benefit. As such we could use all the help we can get.
The Guild Bank has to be set up for permissions of use:
- TAB 1 & 2 is only accessible for GM and Officers and they are limited to withdrawals of up to 10 stacks per day. This enables them to withdraw any items that may be needed by any members of the Guild.
- TAB 3 & 4 are accessible to all members of the Guild and they can withdraw up to 2 stacks per day.
- Deposits can be made by anyone at any time to any TAB. Reagents such as void crystals, books or any expensive items are set into TAB 1 & 2 as they will then be safely dealt out and will not be open to abuse.

Is it the same requirements for a Raid slot in all dungeons?
Unfortunately not, all dungeons are different and the make-up of the group depends on where you are going. It is best to discuss this first with the Raid Leader (usually the event organiser in GEM).

This is subject to the layout and design of the dungeon. Every Class has their own talent and you need the right mix in each Raid.

- Sign up for the run by notifying your class leader, or subscribe in GEM.
- Make sure you have a current version of CT-Raid and Team Speak installed.
- Show up at least 15 minutes before the Raid starts and log into team speak. If you arrive any later someone else might be given your spot.
- Show up at the instance entrance in good time for the Raid. If there is a queue of members who want to Raid the persons of your class that are actually at the game scene will be prioritised for getting a spot.
- Update your add-ons’ to meet the requirements suggested at the UNITY homepage. These requirements might change over time, so bookmark the homepage and return regularly for news.
- Ensure you have Mana/Health and other potions that you need for the Raid. You will find information about what you will need from the class leader, the Raid page and/or the webpage provided for your class.
- Make sure you have enough reagents to last through the Raid.
- Listen carefully to the Raid Leaders instructions, and get additional information about your role (where to be positioned etc) from your class leader.
- Talk to your Class Leader and ask to be part of the RAIDS.

This is a discussion between the Raid Leader and your Class Leader. As members gain experience you will see changes to the Groups accordingly.
Why can’t I join any Raid group of my own choice?
UNITY tries to balance the right experience with the needs of the Raid as a whole and above all a need to be fair. Due to this mix of requirements people are usually allocated a Raid Slot/Group.
Who decides who gets to Raid, when more players signed up then slots available?
This is done as fairly as possible and is down to the mix of the Raid to who signed up first. If you have 10 Mages turn up on a 10 man Raid, you do not have the right mix, and it will require an even spread of Classes dependant on the dungeon being visited.
What can I do to improve my performance?
There is lots of information here on this website, but it usually comes down to lots of smaller Dungeon runs to get your gear up to a better specification and also working to improve your reputation with certain factions. Some Raids also have pre-requisite quests to complete first. Check out http://www.wowwiki.com if you are unsure.
Also check the auction house for elixirs, flasks and other "mumbojumbo" that can give your stats an extra boost!

The Raid Leader's role is for the smooth running and organisation of the Raid as a whole. It is through their experience and expertise that your group will progress further and further through a Dungeon.
Who are the Raid Leaders?
This depends on the Raid itself. This is usually mentioned in GEM or if you are unsure, you can always speak to your Class Leader.
Can I start my own Raids?
Of course, but this might take a bit of advertising and should not conflict with any existing Guild runs. GEM is the best way to plan for this and you should let people have plenty of time to sign up (5-days or more).
Does UNITY use a DKP-system?
UNITY does not use DKP (Damage Kill Points)
Who decides if I can roll on an item that drops in a Raid?
Here at UNITY we have a very fair method of distributing loot. If you need an item you will normally always be allowed to roll on it. However, it is up to the Raid Leader to look carefully at all rolls and decide accordingly if it has been done fairly (e.g. a Mage should not roll on a Priest item etc).
What happens to BOE-items that drop in Raids?
People are asked to Roll on items that are dropped in Raids – especially BoE items. However, there are instances where these are nuked and used for the good of the whole Guild.
CLASS LEADERS
What is a Class Leader?
The Class Leader's role is to support new members of their class by giving advice and generally to help them develop their character into a good resource for the guild. This is mainly achieved by greeting and making contact with them in game.
When the guild arranges bigger Raids (ZG MC etc) one of the Class Leaders should try to attend and support the Raid Leader by providing game guidance to the others of the same Class.
The Class Leader also needs to contribute to the bigger Raids by organising those of their class that want to be invited. Also, ensuring that players are aware that they have the appropriate mods and Raid pre-requisites installed (CT-Raid and TeamSpeak) and that they are at the Raid entrance in good time. They keep an eye out for possible recruits to invite into the Guild.
